Because of the great success this project has encountered with the public, we decided to expand to other areas in Lisbon, with the opening in 2007 of a new pizzeria in Parque das Nações. We have chosen the top floor of República da Cerveja to open Capricciosa, bringing this Italian adventure of D.O.C. Pizzas to the River Tejo, in one of the most agreeable locations in the city.
Quality remains faithful to the pizzaiolo masters in the choice of the best ingredients and superior pasta or pizza mixtures which are baked in a wood-fire oven and give a most unusual flavour to our pizzas.
